Born in 1972. He graduated from the Ural State Technical University (now the Ural Federal University), qualified as a process engineer. From 1997 to 2007, he held executive positions at Nasostekhmash, United Machine-Building Plants (Mining Equipment Division), and Oil and Gas Systems TPK.

From 2007 to 2016, he was CEO of Elektrotyazhmash-Drive (Lysven Heavy Electrical Engineering Plant “Drive”) and UK “Baranchinsky Electromechanical Plant - Drive Equipment and Technologies”.

In May 2016, he joined Sinara-Transport Machines and was appointed first deputy general director of the company. Since January 20, 2017 - CEO of STM.

Born in 1956. In 1979 he graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics of Moscow State University (MSU), candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (1985). Until 1991, he was engaged in scientific activities, after that he held senior positions in various commercial companies. CEO of the Institute of Natural Monopolies Research since 2005. Author of more than 70 scientific articles. Monographs of the Institute “Natural Monopolies of Russia” (2007) and “Reforming Natural Monopolies of Russia” (2010) were edited by Yuri Saakyan.

Mr Davenne graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications d’Evry in 1988 and from the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA) in 1999.
Throughout his career, he has consistently promoted interdisciplinary as a key factor for success. Having gained experience in international satellite telecommunications, he initially held various roles in the housing sector, making use of his strong financial and legal skills. He was involved in policy and regulation of the sector and managed key operational programmes, most notably for the city of Paris. After three years with the French Ministry of Transport, working on railway safety and regulation, with an emphasis on European regulations, he was elected in 2012 as Secretary General of OTIF, the Intergovernmental Organisation for International Carriage by Rail. From early 2013 to the end of 2018, he promoted interdisciplinary and partnership building in order to expand and develop the uniform regulations for international carriage by rail. Since July 1, 2019 François Davenne became Director General of UIC.

Was born in 1979 in Miass (Chelyabinsk region). Graduated with honors at Chelyabinsk medical academy. Started his media career as a student's hobby on the radio, then moved to TV and in 2005 was hired on NTV channel in Moscow as an international news editor (then became a reporter). Since 2012 author and presenter for the popular science TV shows “Miracles of technology”, “Food alive and dead”, “Scientific investigations with Sergey Malozemov”, documentaries “Train of the future”, “Oil pathway” and others. Has multiple nominations for national TV award TEFI. Speaks English, German, French, Spanish, Italian.

Mr. Pavlov was born in 1964. He graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Railway Transport Engineers with a degree in Railway Construction, Track and Track Facilities, and from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Sergey Pavlov supervises overseas business development and international affairs.

Graduated from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics, specialty: «National economic planning», PhD in Economics.

Over the years, he entered and headed the Boards of Directors of various banks, was an adviser to the Minister of Railways of the Russian Federation, and he was a member of various expert and analytical groups in St. Petersburg and Moscow. He supervised the implementation of scientific and consulting work on the orders of government agencies, international companies and Russian holdings.

Has over 15 years of experience in the railway industry, including participation and leadership in the development, design and implementation of modern signaling and train traffic control systems for metro and mainline railways.

2010-2017 worked in key business development positions in a Russian joint venture, and later at the head office of Bombardier Transportation Sweden - division of Bombardier Corporation in the field of rail traffic control systems.

Since 2018 - First Deputy General Manager in LocoTech-Signal LLC (Group of Companies Ctrl2GO). Company specializes on rail traffic control digitalization.

He graduated with honors from Moscow State University of Railway Engineering (MIIT) with a Master's degree in Signaling Systems for railway transport, specializing in microelectronic systems for ensuring train traffic safety. In 2009 obtained an additional education and got Master's degree in Financial Management.

Graduated from Paris II University in Public Law, holds a Diploma from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) and also studied at the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA), where he also lectured about Rail and Urban Transport. 
Prior to assuming his position at UNIFE, he served for 8 years as CEO of Systra, one of the world's leading public transport engineering companies.
