International Container Transportation Online Forum «PRO//Motion.Eurasia» is the platform for dialogue of all participants of railway container transportation China – Europe – China to ensure competitiveness of Eurasian transport corridors. Heads of railways, sea ports, transportation and logistics enterprises, international transport organizations, regulators and cargo owners from CIS, Europe and China will discuss government and business initiatives on development of cooperation for increasing volume of Trans – Eurasian container traffic, issues in infrastructure development and digitalization of transit.

Mr. Shilo was born on 21 July 1978. In 2000, he graduated from the Ural State University of Railway Transport with a degree in Transportation Organization and Management in Transport (Railway). In 2001, he graduated with a degree in Economics and Railway Transport Enterprise Management.
Mr. Shilo began his railway career in 2000 as a signal cabin duty officer at the Kurya station of the Sverdlovsk Railway. He later worked as Head of the Tchaikovskaya Station, Deputy Head of the Perm-Sortirovochnaya Station, Head of the Perm-2 Station, Deputy Head of the Perm Branch of the Sverdlovsk Railway, First Deputy Head of the Tyumen Branch of the Sverdlovsk Railway, and First Deputy Head of the Sverdlovsk Railway Transportation Service. He held senior positions in the Sverdlovsk and Gorky Directorates of Traffic Management, and also worked as Deputy Head of the Central Directorate of Traffic Management (for Development).

JSC United Transport and Logistics Company – Eurasian Rail Alliance (UTLC ERA) is an asset-light forwarding company. It is an operator of transit container services between China and Europe, performing transportation of goods through the territory of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belorussia, as part of regular container trains from China to Europe (5430 km) per 5.5 days. The founders on an equal footing are JSC RZD, Belarusian Railway (BCh) and JSC NK Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (each owns 33,33% of shares).
UTLC ERA traffic volume in 2019 amounted to 333 thousand TEUs. During the first seven months of 2020 traffic volume amounted to 277.6 thousand TEUs showing 67% growth with the respect to the same period of 2019.
UTLC ERA supports various projects in the field of cultural and sustainable development of the countries participating in the New Silk Road.
